Today Mrs Dunwoody shares a piece written by one of our School Counsellors about how to support young people during challenging times.
The PFA Friends of Performing Arts supported the Junior School Instrumental and Choral concert in June. The PFA was thrilled to provide light refreshments for the sold-out concert. Pre-show refreshments are an excellent way for CGGS families to connect with the Parents & Friends Association.
As part of our Upskill program, the “World of Work” program is specifically designed for Year 9 students just beginning their careers. On Tuesday 18 June, the students put their newly acquired skills to the test in mock interviews conducted by parents and Old Grammarians.
This program aims to prepare students for real-world interviews, where they benefit from our volunteers’ professionalism and constructive feedback. We are very grateful for our parents and alum who volunteered and took time out of their busy schedules to support this program. Without our volunteers, this program would not be able to proceed or provide the same levels of expertise based on real-world experience.
