Welcome

Melbourne's best kept secret!

I'm struck daily by the powerful energy of the school.

Welcome to Camberwell Girls Grammar School, Melbourne’s best kept secret.

It’s hard to convey the excitement of an education at CGGS. From the very moment you step inside our gates, you’ll understand what I mean. There’s truly something special about our school. I am struck daily by its powerful energy and I’m certain, that you too, will feel it.

At CGGS every girl is welcome and every girl belongs. We get great joy from celebrating the uniqueness of every student. Our girls are grounded and unpretentious but nonetheless, fiercely ambitious.

CGGS students not only enjoy equal opportunity, they enjoy every opportunity and they participate fully in an environment where there are no boundaries. Our students truly care about each other and the things that matter in life.

At CGGS, education is designed for every girl because quite simply, we are every girl.

CGGS students wholeheartedly explore their passions and interests and together, they create a unique and vibrant environment.

I look forward to welcoming you to CGGS and showing you what I believe to be, Melbourne’s best kept secret.
