The Parents & Friends Association invites you to ‘Please Be Seated’

The Parents and Friends Association is delighted to announce their funding of new, modern chairs for Barbara Sutton Hall.

They will replace the old-style, portable bank of clunky chairs that we all know too well.

No longer will we hear the crashing and banging of seats when standing and sitting during performances. These chairs will brighten the Hall and be a very comfortable alternative to the existing removable furniture.

We look forward to welcoming you to be seated and experience the pleasure and comfort of these  impressive chairs, when community events can be held once again.

The Parents & Friends Association’s support until the end

We are proud to report the PFA’s support of the Year 12 Valedictory Dinner once again this year. The Year 12 students and their families enjoyed a delicious meal of fine food and wine from Mornington Peninsula Winery, Ten Minutes by Tractor.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate the Year 12’s fantastic contribution to CGGS before they sit their final exams.

The PFA wishes every CGGS Year 12 student the very best for the coming weeks.

There are 7 weeks until Christmas – Centenary Merchandise makes gifting easy!

Celebrating our Community in 2020

We have created a photo mosaic mural of all CGGS students, teachers and staff using school photos. The purpose of the mosaic is to capture all students, teachers and staff who are part of the school community during 2020 in a fun and creative way.

The artwork has been installed in the walkway near the Woodstock entrance to Senior School. Students will have the opportunity to try and find themselves in the image. We can’t wait for parents to view the new artwork when you are able to be onsite, hopefully in the near future.
