Train Services

Camberwell Train Station is located just 1km from the Senior School.  It is a major station that serves as an interchange for the Alamein, Belgrave and Lilydale lines, as well as covering the City Loop.

Tram Services

A Tram Stop is located at the Senior Campus on Burke Road. The routes that stop at CGGS are 70, 72, 75 and 42. 

> No 72 Runs from the City to the intersection of Burke and Cotham Roads and stops outside the Senior Campus.

> No 70 Wattle Park to the City along Riversdale Road. Stops at Camberwell Junction to connect with the No 72 tram that stops outside the Senior Campus.

> No 75 East Burwood to the City along Burwood Highway, Camberwell Road and Riversdale Road. Stops at Camberwell Junction to connect with the No 72 tram that stops outside the Senior Campus.

> No 42 Box Hill to the City along Whitehorse Road. Connects with the No 72 tram that stops outside the Senior Campus.

Student Concessions

Students aged 15 and over are required to produce their valid Student Concession Cards when travelling on a concession fare on public transport. Students are required to carry their concession card at all times. Failure to do so can incur a heavy fine.

Student Concession Card application forms are available from all manned Railway Stations and the School Receptions.
