A unique alliance
MSPI is a unique alliance between the University of Melbourne and a group of leading Victorian schools. Overseas students attending CGGS have the opportunity to participate in a number of on-campus programs at The University of Melbourne. The main purpose of these activities is to inspire students about future study options and to motivate them to maximise their talents and abilities.

Recommended Language Schools
Students are required to satisfactorily complete English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) prior to commencing at CGGS.

ESOS Framework
The Australian Government wants overseas students in Australia to have a safe, enjoyable and rewarding place to study. Australia’s laws promote quality education and consumer protection for overseas students. These laws are known as the ESOS Framework and they include the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code 2018.

Transition & Orientation
Enrolment Steps
The Head of Admissions will make contact when the enrolment process commences to confirm your interest in a place for the year level requested.
When the school has received the required application documentation, the application will be reviewed and the Agent or family advised of the outcome.
If the application is successful, an offer of a place will be made subject to the following conditions:
> Satisfactory completion of intensive English course (ELICOS) as per the AEAS report recommendations. Students must complete their ELICOS at one of our recommended language schools.
> Review of language school reports
> Interview with the Head of School prior to commencement.
