Archives Exhibition

Archives Exhibition

We are delighted to finally be able to welcome you to The Shape of Us: Archives Exhibition, part of the school’s Centenary celebrations.

Curated by one of our alumna, Sarah Lammardo (2016), we invite you to explore this historical space to read and hear about what has shaped CGGS into the school it is today. The exhibition highlights the CGGS archive collection, which shares not only the history of the school, but its enduring role in progressive education.

How to experience the exhibition

There are two ways you can view the exhibition:

1. Virtual Tour

The first way to explore the archives exhibition is by visiting the space through our virtual tour.

As you navigate around this virtual space you can launch the multimedia features by clicking or tapping on the icons.

The online tour has been optimised for mobile devices but can also be accessed via a desktop computer.

2. Visit

The second way you can view the exhibition is by visiting the space in person. Given current restrictions, we can only accommodate a limited number of visitors at one time so every visitor will need to book.

Your wellbeing is important to us and we will be putting measures in place to keep everyone safe, with social distancing and sanitising.

You can book a time to visit the archives exhibition on the week commencing 29 June by clicking the button below.

To enhance your in-person experience, please bring a smart device and headphones to access our multimedia features.
